Peoples Company is a diverse real estate brokerage and land management company based in West Des Moines, Iowa.  Since opening our doors in 1972, Peoples Company’s business has been focused on land sales and land management.  Peoples Company now offers brokerage, auction, management, valuation, crop insurance, development and investment advisory services to clients.

As a component of our marketing approach, we offer valuable educational seminars and networking opportunities, including the annual Land Investment Expo, land leasing workshops and land development seminars. In addition to our own seminars and workshops, our land agents actively network at trade shows to develop contacts and relationships to expand our pool of land buyers and sellers.

Peoples Company recently obtained its real estate brokerage license for the State of Missouri and we are in the process of adding Nebraska, Minnesota and Illinois licenses to our brokerage operation.  We are aggressively seeking land brokers to join our current team of agricultural real estate experts and we are soliciting opportunities for the acquisition of other real estate brokerage and farm management accounts throughout the Midwest.
